BreathePro vs Typical Nose Strips: What's Different
Not all nose strips are the same. Here's what we changed to make a strip for sweat, training and a full night's sleep.

Most nose strips look alike from a distance. They follow the shape of the nose, after all. The differences are in the details, and those details decide whether a strip stays on through a hot run or peels off by midnight. Here's what we changed.
Side by side
- Hold. Typical strips can come off when you sweat. Ours use a sports-grade adhesive made for hot, humid Malaysian training and nights.
- Lift. Many strips have only 1 or 2 bands. Ours have 3 spring-like bands for a stronger, more even lift.
- Sizes. Many come in one size only. Ours come in Standard and Slim, so they fit more noses.
- Per pack. Many packs have 30 strips. Ours have 35, about a month.
- Testing. Some strips aren't independently tested at all. Ours are SGS tested, PFAS-free and REACH compliant.
- Look. Typical strips are beige or clear. Ours are bold black, made to wear in public.
Why we made these changes
BreathePro started because one of us snored every night, and the strips we tried didn't lift strongly enough or stay on in the heat. Every change on this list came from that: a stronger lift, a better hold, and a better fit.
Which size is right for me?
Standard (60 × 22 mm) fits most adults and gives the strongest lift. Slim (50 × 19 mm) is narrower, for smaller noses, teens and many women. Not sure? Start with Standard. You can mix sizes in the 2- and 3-pack bundles.
