Our Refund & Return Policy is outlined at the Refund & Return Policy Page. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Used personal items (e.g. nose strips, mouth tape) are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
