🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Opened or used personal care items (e.g., nose strips or mouth tape), due to hygiene reasons.

Items purchased during promotional sales unless defective.

Products returned after the 7-day window.

Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process (if required). Return shipping fees may apply unless the issue is caused by our error.

If a package is lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, we are unable to process a refund.
